AUNTS AREN'T GENTLEMEN

Author(s): p g wodehouse

Fiction Paperback

A Jeeves and Wooster novel Wooster withdraws to the village of Maiden Eggesford on doctor's orders to 'sleep the sleep of the just and lead the quiet Martini-less life'. Only the presence of the irrepressible Aunt Dahlia shatters the rustic peace as an 'imbroglio' develops - destined to be famous down the long years as the 'Maiden Eggesford Horror' or 'The Case Of The Cat Which Kept Popping Up When Least Expected'. For however generous or kind-hearted they may be, there is one thing that can be said of Aunts as a class: they are not Gentlemen.
