Author description

Steve Smallman is an award-winning picture book author. Spot A Lot Vehicle Adventure won the Parents' Choice FunStuff Award in 2015, and Smelly Peter the Great Pea Eater is the 2009 picture book recipient of the Sheffield Children's Book Award. He lives in Staffordshire, England, with his wife and son. Nicola Slater has illustrated a variety of picture books, including Spot A Lot Animals and Spot A Lot Vehicle Adventure, and fiction book covers. She lives in Manchester, England, with her partner and son, and the occasional appearance of a grumpy cat.
