Michelangelo is part of a series of four and presents the entire spectrum of Michelangelo's work and illuminates all its facets as well as focusing on his life in the turbulent political and religious periods of the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries. Each title also includes an illustrated fold-out 'timeline', which details both the key moments in each of the subjects' lifetime, as well as the most important historical and cultural events of the era.
