Dr John Ashton serves as adjunct associate professor of biomedical sciences at Victoria University. He has been involved in health and nutrition research for over 20 years and co-authored the pioneering book on the health benefits of chocolate, A Chocolate a Day Keeps the Doctor Away, which has been published in nine languages. Dr Lily Stojanovska is a professor of biomedical and health sciences at Victoria University. She is a recipient of the Victorian Honour Roll of Women as an international educator in women’s health and her achievements have been listed in the Who’s Who of Australian Women in 2006-2010. Lily is a co-author of three books.
