Product Information

Yves Saint Laurent (1936 - 2008) was the pioneer of pret-a-porter (ready-to-wear) fashion and opened his first Rive Gauche store in the 6th arrondissement of Paris in 1966. He is one of the greatest couture names of the late 20th century. His revolutionary designs have inspired many pieces of clothing and the house of YSL managed to single-handedly bring couture back into fashion. He was an extraordinarily creative man and has been celebrated as one of the most influential designers of our time.
