Heston is Briatain's most highly regarded and inventive chef. The first series of Feast was aired in Spring 2009. Based around themes of Roman, Medieval, Tudor and Victorian eating, each episode attracted an average of 3.1 million viewers. The book and TV series will generate widespread media coverage.
